Congratulations to the ESMS FFA Conduct of Chapter Meeting team for placing 2nd in the Area V Leadership Development Event. The team will compete at the state competition at the Georgia FFA Convention in Macon in April. This LDE tests students’ knowledge of parliamentary law through a four phase competition: parliamentary presentation, oral questions, written test, and the presentation of written minutes.

Mrs. Story's 7th graders have been learning about Biomedical Engineering. They were challenged to create a prosthetic leg using various supplies, and were encouraged to consider structure, comfort, and realistic characteristics. Lynda Fisher spoke to Mrs. Story's class about her journey of being an amputee, as well as her different prosthetics! Lynda also judged the student's prosthetic creations!
