ESMS Ag students recently completed a Pumpkin Unit. Students learned about different types of pumpkins and how they grow. Students also participated in a pumpkin lab where they weighed, measured and floated pumpkins. Afterwards, students cleaned out the pumpkins, and sorted, counted and collected the seeds. Students are drying the seeds and will save them to plant in the spring.
