Students in Mrs. Cauthen's class had to plan and carry out investigations comparing/contrasting physical and chemical properties (Standard S8P1 c). They tested 7 different substances to see if they had certain properties.

After meeting with Tift County EMA officials and out of an abundance of caution, the decision has been made to close all Tift County Schools on Tuesday, January 9th for all students and employees. #4theT

6th grade Agriculture students harvested mustard greens from the garden to end the semester. Students cut and bagged the greens to take home. They also fed the scraps to the chickens that they raised in the classroom this semester.
