A big thank you to Taqueria Hermanos Chavez for coming and talking to ESMS CTAE Careers Class. They spoke to our students about their business plan, marketing strategies, and how they serve their target markets. Students will use these tips as they create their own food truck from the ground up. Students are competing against one another to create the most sought after food truck. Teachers and fellow classmates will vote for the winner of our Food Truck Wars!


6th grade Healthcare students had Southwell Respiratory Therapists, Jasmine and Lana, to teach them all about their education and careers. 8th grade Healthcare students had Pediatrician Dr. Rossi educate them on all things pediatrics.

Students of ESMS were able to extend their science studies by safely observing the solar eclipse inside of Brodie Field.

The two Intro to Healthcare Science courses at ESMS learned about Orthopedic Surgeons where they were presented a lesson about the career and then performed suturing, observed x-rays, and put a skeleton back together. They also were able to hear from Pediatrician Dr. Cole Webster and his journey to becoming a Pediatrician, as well as his daily responsibilities with his career.
