Today is National Administrative Professionals Day, and we are so happy to celebrate Mrs. Rachel Futch, Mr. Earnest Parson, Mrs. Margaret Sanders, and Mrs. Emily Stringer—incredible members of our ESMS team whose dedication, attention to detail, and positive spirit help keep our school thriving. 💼📚 From keeping the books to greeting families with a smile and supporting students and staff behind the scenes, their impact is felt in every corner of our school. We’re so thankful for all they do to make Eighth Street Middle School a welcoming, positive, and organized place to learn and grow. 💙

Last Friday, 325 of our student-athletes received their annual sports physicals free of charge! ESMS FFA members recently participated at the Science on the Farm event hosted by GYSTC @ South Georgia and ABAC's Georgia Museum of Agriculture. FFA members taught 4th graders from throughout South Georgia about Poultry and Plant Science.

Grateful for the hands-on experience with the TRMC surgical team! A huge thank you to Dr. Nackashi and his team for showing our Healthcare students the fundamentals of suturing and tying a surgeon’s knot. We appreciate their support of ESMS and the time invested in our students!
