The 2023-2024 8th grade T.A.L.:K students started their series of events with a great kickoff at Tifton's Coca Cola plant. Students had the opportunity to hear a motivational speech on leadership by Dr. Tonja Tift. Students then enjoyed lunch provided by Your Pie. After lunch, students broke into groups for a fun team-building event of following a portrait to create halloween pumpkins out of a pallet of soft drinks. During the activity, Coke employees took each group on a tour of the entire plant. Students are looking forward to their next event! #BeTheBestYOU #NEMS #4theT
